Know the Eligibility Criteria for Delhi EWS/DG Admission Online
For Delhi Nursery Admission children whose parents have an annual income of less than 1 LAKH rupees are qualified for admission. Respective of the general category, there is a 25% reservation that would not need to pay the fees.
Although the vacant number of seats in this category is not yet disclosed, according to reports after the admission of the general category, admissions to this category will begin.
In Delhi, at present, 1700 private schools have approx. 1.25 LAKH seats for the admission of the nursery.
Should be under the applicant’s prescribed age range for:
- Nursery or Pre-School is 3 to 5 years,
- KG or Pre-Primary is 4 to 6 years
- For Class I is 5 to 7 years till March 31, 2021
Family income should not be more than 1 lakh rupees per year of all sources of income:
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi.

- Cast certificate
- Resident proof
- Date of birth certificate
- Aadhar card
Candidates must belong to the family of economically lower sections and the disadvantaged category and should have proof.
Delhi Nursery Admissions 2021-22: Important information
The upper age limit for nursery students is 4 while the lower limit is 3, the upper boundary of kindergarten is 5 and the lower limit is 4, and the upper limit of Class 1 is 6 years and a lower limit of 5 years as of March 31st, 2021.
There is a reserved seat of 22% in the entry-level class section for EWS/DG category students, while 3% for children with special requests.
The last date to submit application forms is March 4th, 2021. The first list of admission will be published on March 20, while the second list will be published on March 25, 2021.
